The Front Office Supervisor will be required to assist, lead and coordinate the Front Office Department, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. Taking a pro-active approach on behalf of the Front Office Manager to ensure continuous improvement within the department and deliver against budgeted guidelines, while exceeding guest expectations and staff welfare.

Minimum of 3 years experience as Receptionist, ideally in a hotel setting or similar.  Knowledge of hotel systems and software - ie. Opera and MARSHA Influencing skills Leadership skills
