Assistant Customer Experience Manager - Fixed Term

The Assistant Customer Experience Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Management department to lead a strong Front of House operation, ensuring that a cost effective and customer focused range of services are consistently provided to the highest standards. Please note this is a fixed term position of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The Grand Opera House is the largest theatre in York at just under 1,000 seats. The Theatre was re-launched in October 2022 following significant investment in its bars, dressing rooms and seating. We host a varied programme from west-end touring musicals and plays to popular comedians and one night music gigs.
