Call logging & network management equipmentoperation, including production of management reports and trafficanalysis. Experience of configuring and supporting Cisco routersand switches. Understanding of network security issues. In-depthexperience of network troubleshooting. In-depth understanding ofnetwork management services, e.g., DNS, DHCP. In-depthunderstanding of wireless networks. Maintain relationships withsuppliers and external vendors.
