Project Support Officer for Network Team

KCP Network is a leading provider of network and security infrastructure solutions, with a reputation for reliability and trust among our clients in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for field network engineers, coordinating job sheets, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Provide clear instructions and itineraries to engineers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and book accommodations for installation engineers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Arrange transportation, including flights, rental cars, or other modes of travel, based on project requirements.
- Liaise with hotels to secure reservations and negotiate rates for project-related stays.
- Ensure timely communication with hotels regarding check-in/check-out times, special requests, and any changes to reservations.
- Assist the Project Manager in organizing project-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to travel, accommodation, and project activities.
- Assist Field Network Engineers with expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience in travel coordination and accommodation booking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Salary range £30-35K per annum depending on experience.
