The Opportunity

As a Retail Operations Administrator you will play a leading and critical role in one of the UK’s most prestigious and exciting jewellery businesses knowing your impact matters.

You will have experience in an admin role, and be available to join an exciting, market-leading heritage brand with a stunning store in the centre of London.

How you will deliver

You will be an integral part of the team in one of the most famous jewellery businesses in the UK. You will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the running of the business.


  • Balance daily cash and submit summary to head office
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Stock transfers in and out
  • Liaising with workshops for repairs
  • Photography of new and existing stock
  • Maintain stock records
  • Ordering and call-in of merchandise for stores and events (candles/tote bags etc)
  • Dealing with invoices from suppliers
  • Shopping goods to and from customers
  • Contacting clients to let them know repairs are ready
  • Quality control of stock when back from workshop


Your skills and experience

  • Previous retail admin experience is essential
  • Excellent computer and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Flexible to attend events in the showroom
  • A basic knowledge of jewellery or a desire to learn would be desirable
