About Us

Partner Retail Services Limited is a leading retail services company, and we are currently seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our boutique store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of colleagues across all departments, providing direction, support, and encouragement to achieve their goals.
  • Adherence to PRS Policies: You will follow and implement PRS processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure operational compliance.
  • Store Standards and Operations: You will maintain the stores impeccable standards, guaranteeing a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in people management, leadership, and direction.
  • Commercial Acumen: A commercially minded approach to retail, understanding how to drive success.
  • Management Experience: Previous management experience is a must, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
