You will work for one of the leading accountancy firms in the northwest in an established and dedicated team of accounting professionals. Due to expansion, this practice is recruiting part-qualified and qualified accountants. These roles will appeal to ambitious individuals who are looking to further their career within a forward-thinking accountancy practice.
Your new role
Working within an established team of professionals, you will report to the Accounts Manager, carrying out varied accounting duties including accounts preparation for a range of clients and industries, financial forecasting, Corporation tax, preparation of year-end accounts, assisting the Audit Manager, client management, managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships, collaboration with colleagues, clients and management.
What you'll need to succeed
A fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (Training / Study support provided)
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as there will be contact with clients at all levels
Strong IT skills
Previous experience of audit would be desirable but not essential
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Committed, dedicated and willing to build a long-term career within the firm
