Training Programme Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Training Programme Analyst to produce quarterly reports, support strategic training committees, and analyse training data for informed decision-making. Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical competency required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quarterly Reporting: Produce SOC Quarterly Training Programme Health Reports.
  • Data Preparation: Support data preparation for SOC and STOB.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange, participate in, and take minutes for SOC and STOB meetings.
  • KPI Reporting: Report Training KPIs for management.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyse trends and report risks/opportunities to senior management.
  • Tactical Analysis: Provide tactical analysis of training data.
  • Corrective Action Programme: Execute tasks as CAP department evaluator using AMS.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Produce and analyse ad hoc training reports using POWER BI.
  • EDF Reporting: Support EDF Corporate Office EDFIS Training Quarterly reporting for Nuclear Operations.

Department Evaluator Responsibilities

  • CAP Activities: Track action requests, create assignments, build route lists, resolve conflicts, review/close requests, and attend CAP meetings.
  • CAP Promotion: Identify AMS training needs, coach staff, report CAP performance, prompt actions, support CAP trending, and communicate performance issues.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Clear communication of complex concepts
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and internal relationship building

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with SAP/MyLearningHub
  • Report creation skills
  • Understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training lifecycle
  • Experience in developing KPIs and metrics

Experience:

  • Analytical team experience in a commercial setting
  • Reporting and forecasting across multidisciplinary functions
  • Proven accuracy and stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and responsive to business needs

Additional Information:

If successful, you will be employed by Manpower on a temporary assignment at our client's site and will need to undergo vetting checks as well as a drug & alcohol test.
