An Award-Winning SEN School Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the team at their Quidenham site. This prestigious group is renowned for its exceptional educational standards and commitment to supporting students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will become a vital part of a dynamic team, contributing to the nurturing and development of our students.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with special educational needs.

Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.

Support individual and group learning activities, ensuring each student's needs are met.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Support students with personal care needs as required.

Assist with the supervision of students during breaks and extracurricular activities.

Collaborate with the wider school team to develop and implement effective support strategies.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
