This full-time, long-term role is perfect for an SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in managing challenging behaviours. Starting in September 2024, you’ll work closely with Key Stage 1 and 2 students, many of whom have EHCPs. The role involves supporting individual learning plans, fostering positive relationships with pupils, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure every child thrives.
Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviours.
•Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans.
•Engage with parents to support their child’s learning and development.
