Do you haveexcellent attention to detail and would like to make a difference within ourbusy HR Operations team?

Here at SSCL, weare on the lookout for a Process Assistant to join our busy team, within the HROperations function of the business. You will be supporting one of ourhigh-profile Government Clients. Your focus will be on HR duties includingtransactional processes such as HR amendments, promotions, and answeringtelephone queries from internal employees

We do have a hybridworking policy so with this in mind, it would be usual for you to be in theoffice in Newport 2 days a week and then working from home the rest of theweek

What you’ll bedoing:

Processing servicerequests
Supporting TeamLeader with work
Liaising with ourcontact centre team to respond to queries
Work within ourguidelines towards key performance Indicator's and SLA’s
Maintain and updatesystems or databases to make sure records are accurate, complete, and current

What you’ll bring:

Ability todemonstrate excellent customer service
PC literate withexperience of using Microsoft office applications
Fantasticorganisational and interpersonal skills
Great teammate

We’d love it if youhad:

Ability to navigatearound and understand use of relevant systems
Experience workingon SOP focusing on updating employee data such as Change of Hours, Overtime andAnnual leave
