Cheshire East Council's busy Economic Development service is seeking a new member of the team to play a key role in
driving forward regeneration and development projects, with a particular focus on Crewe. The role will
involve elements of research, strategy development and project management. The workload is high
profile, fast-paced and ever-changing

The successful candidate will have a background in economic development, housing/property development or planning and have a track
record in managing the delivery of projects that make a positive contribution to people living, working or visiting our town
centres. An understanding of the key stakeholders involved in regeneration is essential, as is experience of pro-active
collaboration with colleagues across a wide range of council services.

The team works on a hybrid basis, with an expectation of attendance in the Council’s Delamere House office in Crewe 2-3 days each week.
