Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our teamas part of our new way of working on the bank.

You will be given the flexibility to work across multiple teams within the business unit, so one day you could be working in rapid response / community or a ward-based setting dependant on your preference and the shift you choose. We will provide you with a level of training and support to bolster your skillset to work across multiple functions if this is something you are interested in.

If you dont want to work across multiple teams and just stick to your specialist area then just let us know and we can accommodate this.

Within this role, you will have / be:

responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning delivery and evaluation of care to patients. implement, monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery at all times. care for patientsand their families in the way thatyou believe is best deliver our high service standards, sharing bestpractice, and actively improving the way we work.

Job description

Job responsibilities

You will be aNMC/1stlevel registered Nurse, you will have the ability to work both independentlyand alsoas part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey. You will have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Outlook, Word, Excel.
