Job Opportunity

The Role

 

As National Operations Manager for this well-known client, you will act as a central point of contact for our client’s senior stakeholders, ensuring a positive and commercially viable relationship continues to grow.

 

Leading on your operations’ initiatives, you will own your account’s budgets, forecasts, profit-and-loss (P&L) and more to strive for excellence when delivering for both the client and Securitas. With an eye on operational efficiency and continuous improvement alongside effective account management and delivery, you will spot opportunities others may miss in transforming your account further.

 

Your remit as National Operations Manager will ensure adherence to overall contractual requirements, ensuring a seamless service delivery for our client. You will build trust with all via your conscientious commitment to excellence, whether it be health and safety compliance to being an industry knowledge leader and more.

 

In addition, your role as a National Operations Manager will include (yet not be limited to):

 

- Effective cost, profit, and loss management across the entire account to maximise operational efficiency and minimise financial losses

- Accurate workforce management planning to guarantee service provision for our client whilst acting in the best interests of Securitas associates

- Acting as a point of contact for Heads of Security within the account regarding specified services and the best-practice delivery of these services

- Work with internal experts at Securitas to develop and present innovative service solutions and optimise current procedures to maximise success for all

Essential Skills

What we need from you to become a National Operations Manager at Securitas

 

- Be permanently based in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history

- Have had UK nationality for a minimum of 5 years

- Demonstrable experience in effective Account Management at a senior level

- Experience working in high-risk security operations and leading these at a national level

- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the operation’s sites in the UK

- IOSH health & Safety Qualifications

- To have, or be willing to obtain, a non-front-line SIA licence

- Be willing to obtain Security Clearance (SC) due to the nature of our client’s work

- Professional Security qualifications (such as CPP, CSMP and others)

- Experience in integrating technologies and driving innovation,

- Ability to interrogate and work with data and analytics,

- Active leadership and influencing skills at all levels of operations
