Job Summary:
Pertemps Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Defence Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing candidate records, liaising with applicants and medical experts, and coordinating medical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Management: Manage candidate records using Microsoft Office Suite and the Pertemps Internal Candidate Management system.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Officers, and Medical Experts to answer queries and assist candidates throughout the application process.
- Medical Screening: Discuss medical aspects of candidate's application forms and interact with colleagues and management team.
- Postal Management: Manage postal records and scan medical records.
- Coordination: Coordinate medical assessments and answer phone calls from candidates.
- Reporting: Provide reporting data from internal candidate management system and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a Healthcare or Administration setting.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Personality: Highly focused, aware of how own performance impacts team performance, and follows business processes and policies.
