Carry out product purification and support purification work in the manufacture of labelled organic compounds. Operate small scale specialist chemical plant following established methods and safety protocols. Complete all work efficiently and tidily within specified time scale, taking responsibility for allocated work with overall control from their Team Leader. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Actively acquire new skills and knowledge. Learn from experience. Understand consequences of actions for self and others.  Ensure good communication with other departments and sections within Pharmaron. Undertake projects or duties as requested by the Team Leader and support the Team Leader in ensuring the best performance of the business. Ensure that waste is processed, recorded, and transferred according to documented procedures. Maintain a good standard of laboratory housekeeping and help with routine tasks.  Comply with the Laboratory Safety Policy at all times. Comply with company Policies and Procedures and/or Standard Operating Procedures and where identified notify line management of required changes to these Policies and Procedures.
