Our client is recruiting for a Customer Support Apprentice to join their team in Poole, Dorset

Our client is an employee-owned business that has been operating for 33 years, providing IT and communications services. They have a diverse team composed of staff with over two decades of experience and new additions offering fresh perspectives. The Position

Job Title:

Customer Support Apprentice

Apprenticeship Course:

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist

Apprenticeship Duration:

15-18 Months + EPA

Location:

Poole, Dorset BH17 0RU

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday

Salary:

£15,000.00 per annum rising to £16,000.00 per annum after 6-month probationary period, plus annual profit share.

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

·       Act as the first point of contact for clients interacting with the company via phone or email.

·       Respond to support enquiries or pass them on to senior technical support colleagues or other departments as necessary.

·       Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and online processes.

·       Handle general office-based responsibilities such as basic upkeep and maintenance, stock handling, and dispatch.

·       Utilize transferable skills to assist various departments within the company as needed.

·       Receive support and training to complete required work and contribute proactively to the business’s development and evolution.

Eligibility Criteria
Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role. Own transport is also required due to location.
