To support qualifying individuals under the Mental Capacity Act, in receipt of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in the that individuals are given a voice to make sure their rights are an Advocate, ensure the rights of people who are deprived of their liberty under the Mental Capacity Act in care homes and hospitals are upheld, theirvoices heard, and their feelings represented.

Job responsibilities
The role will be supporting a wide range of adults with mental health andlearning disabilities often with complex, profound and multiple national and local clients in their care home, hospital, or community health setting,exploring, and supporting them in their views and wishes regarding their care, treatment and relevant issues impacting them.
