Job Description

The Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel is currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Assistants to join our Team. We are looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

We want you to be focused on delivering excellent food and beverage service and standards for our hotel, delivered with passion and a smile. Our values are Loyalty, Integrity, Versatility and Excellence and we strive for all our team member to flourish in our hotels.

What we need from you

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality to deliver service with passion and a smile
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
  • Always provide the highest levels of service to all guests
  • Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene
