Join our dynamic team at DNCG as a Curriculum Lead, where you will lead and inspire a dedicated group to ensure exceptional curriculum delivery across multiple programmes and sites. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring every student is fully supported to reach their potential. Working closely with course teams, you'll drive the promotion of high standards and aspirations, backed by challenging targets and constructive feedback. Managing resources strategically, including staffing, you'll optimise opportunities for our students to excel.

At DNCG, students are at the heart of everything we do. As Curriculum Lead, you'll undertake staff appraisals and provide continuous support to tutors, guiding them towards consistently delivering outstanding educational experiences. Collaborating with tutors and support staff, you'll steer the development of high-quality resources essential for exceptional teaching and learning outcomes. Additionally, you'll liaise with external bodies, such as awarding bodies and employers, ensuring our programmes remain aligned with industry needs and standards.

We're seeking a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic educational environment. In this role, you'll actively monitor and report on progress against targets, taking swift action where needed to maintain high-quality provision.
