**The vacancy**
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Curriculum Lead in the ESOL department at DN Colleges Group.
As part of the role, you will need to ensure curriculum delivery is consistently high across a range of programmes through promotion of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
You will work with course teams inspiring, empowering, motivating, and encouraging innovative delivery to ensure that all students are fully supported, challenged, and stretched to achieve their potential.
As part of the role, you will work with tutors and support staff to maintain high quality provision, including the design and development of programmes and delivery methodologies that meet the needs of students and employers. This is a cross group role and you will be expected to spend some of your working week at both of our mains sites at Doncaster College and North Lindsey College, Scunthorpe.
