Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance learner engagement and success
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery and support staff
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant funding rules, policies, and procedures
  4. Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation as required
  5. Manage the budget and resources allocated to the curriculum area
  6. Identify and secure additional opportunities to support curriculum growth
  7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of learners
  8. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards and continuous improvement
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching, learning, and assessment
  10. Develop strategies to support apprentice retention, progression, and achievement

The salary for this role is around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
