At Adler and Allan, we are on a tremendous growth path, with our HR function developing into a first-class service for the organisation, we have identified the need of additional support in the shape of a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
As our HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our wider HR Team across our sites and divisions.
Covering all aspects of Admin, you will work with another three members of the HR Admin team and report to our HR Operations Manager - no two days will the same with a varied exposure to all of aspects HR
More about the role:
Creating and issuing contracts of employment along with all other new starter documentation and ensuring all documentation is returned and relevant checks (e.g. right to work) are complete within required timescales.
Creating employee records on SelectHR and storing all documentation in appropriate files, ensuring data accuracy.
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure all new starters and contractual changes are implemented correctly.
Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Creating and issuing both planned and ad-hoc letters or emails as required
Auditing new joiner documentation to ensure all is received and where necessary, ensure compliance with relative regulations, for example Right to Work documentation.
About you:
You will bring along your great experience of a high volume/fast paced HR Admin role.
If you don't have HR experience then someone that has done an administrative role from fast paced operational industries (retail, manufacturing, logistics etc) could be considered
