Experience&Qualifications

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at theKey Stage 2 level; exposure to or experience in SEN education ishighly desirable
  • Patient andadaptable approach to teaching with a creative andflexible mindset that embraces the diversity of learning challengeswithin an SEN setting
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills allowing foreffective collaboration with colleagues support staff and parentsto provide a comprehensive support system for eachstudent
  • Commitment to inclusiveeducation with a willingness to personalize lessonsand accommodate individual learning styles to promote studentengagement and success
  • EnhancedDBS check required to ensure the safety andwellbeing of all students
