30 Hours per week - Permanent
Location: Chippenham Community Hospital OR Warminster Community Hospital (to be negotiated with the successful candidate)

Essential
Professional registration (For example: NMC/ HCPC/ GPhC) Educated to masters level in relevant subject or equivalent specialist knowledge Evidence of on-going Continuing Professional Development relevant to role
Desirable
Qualified coach, 360-feedback facilitator Teaching qualification MCIPD / FCIPD
Experience
Essential
Knowledge and experience in managing complex professional issues in liaison with professional bodies. Experience of complex educational learning and development environments, policy and regulatory requirements Knowledge and commitment to the principles of lifelong learning, education theory and practice Specialist knowledge of a wide range of development tools, metrics, and processes Significant experience working at a senior level in a health care organisation Governance processes including compliance with standards, contracts, agreements Facilitation, design and delivery of bespoke development interventions Coaching and mentoring Teaching multi-professional staff groups Managing systems, processes, and information resources, redesigning to improve effectiveness & efficiency Demonstrable success in working collaboratively across professions, services, and organisational boundaries
