This is a hybrid role 2-3 days a week in the Cirencester head office.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant are to:
Produce and review of the overseas subsidiary management accounts and reporting packs working closely with the local Financial teams and local sales managers to resolve any points arising. Assist in the preparation of presentations and graphs for the Board meetings and sales meetings Assist in production of the monthly Group Management Accounts including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow The production and analysis of Global Sales reports for Board and other departments Review of financial controls and procedures for overseas subsidiaries including balance sheet reconciliations Assist in production of Group’s annual budget and rolling reforecasts, including review of subsidiary entity submissions. Assist in production of the statutory financial statements for the Group in accordance with UK GAAP Assist in statutory audits as required Assist in Group tax issues including transfer pricing reviews, enquiries etcThe ideal Senior Management Accountant will be;
(Part) Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical skills and may be looking for your first or second move after qualifying. This role will give you the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of finance within a very fast moving group. Possess strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relations with other employees. Flexible attitude to work Good eye for detail and personal maturity to interact with Senior Management and non-finance personnel.
