We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Account Manager to lead initiatives for a globally recognized brand activation agency.

This position is ideal for an individual who excels in engaging with high-level stakeholders, possesses the ability to guide and mentor a team, and has a comprehensive understanding of financial oversight.

The role will focus on Strategy, Marketing Technology, Customer Relationship Management, and Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key client stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and effectively managed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead client workshops and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Create compelling presentations and effectively communicate campaign results, business proposals, and strategic plans.
  • Guide your team to achieve exemplary project management outcomes.
  • Establish, distribute, and oversee all relevant project plans and timelines for stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations through review meetings.
  • Ensure project profitability while adhering to strategic objectives and client KPIs.
  • Assume overall accountability for project delivery within your portfolio.
  • Inspire and motivate your account team in managing client relationships and their professional growth.
  • Exhibit commercial awareness and proficiently manage budgets.

  • Adept at identifying challenges that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
  • Proven communication, influencing, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for concise messaging.
  • Strong background in account management.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing, CRM, Marketing Technology, and integrated strategies.
  • Experience engaging with client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Competence in effective delegation while also being hands-on when necessary.
  • Experience in line management is advantageous.
  • An approachable demeanor that fosters strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • High energy levels and resourcefulness.
