Due to the continued growth of our firm, we have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator with previous experience in a similar role to join our thriving Accountancy Practice based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Being the first point of contact for our clients when visiting or phoning in to our offices, we are looking for an approachable person who can demonstrate a professional manner whilst giving our clients a warm and friendly welcome.

The role:

Answering and directing incoming phone callsMeeting & greeting clientsClient refreshmentsad hoc typingElectronic filingPost handlingAssistance with debt handling & other accounts areasStationary monitoring & orderingBuilding health & safety monitoringVarious other general admin duties

Requirements:

Previous experience of working in a receptionist/admin roleWarm, friendly and professional mannerGood communicatorGood use of Microsoft packages such as Word
