Are you a talented and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking an exciting opportunity to work in primary schools within the LS15 area of Leeds? If so, we may have the perfect role for you Provide Education are currently looking for HLTAs to join our team and work within primary schools located across Leeds.

As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for the students. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a class, providing academic support to ensure their overall development and progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Support the teacher in managing the classroom, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, delivering targeted interventions to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Assist in assessing student progress, recording observations, and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children.
