AboutTheRole:

Thisis a fulltime onsite role within their team based in their Bathgateoffice. The Account Manager will be responsible for managingexisting accounts developing new business generating proposals andclosing deals. The Account Manager will work closely with thetechnical and sales teams to ensure successful implementation ofprojects and provide excellent customer service toclients.

Responsibilities:
  • Createand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ourglobal bluechip clients ensuring their needs and expectations areconsistently met orexceeded.
  • Collaborateclosely with the Business Development team to identify new businessopportunities and strategies to drivegrowth.
  • Manageand grow existing customer accounts identifying opportunities forupselling and crossselling our innovative productsuite.
  • Navigatecomplex client requirements and work collaboratively with internalteams to ensure the successful delivery ofservices.
  • Actas the point of contact for client queries complaints andescalations ensuring a smooth and satisfactoryresolution.
  • Maintainan indepth understanding of our products the industry landscape andcompetitoractivities.
  • Prepareregular reports on account status and progress and provide feedbackto seniormanagement.
  • Participatein contract negotiations andclosure.
Qualifications:
  • Strongexperience in sales business development and account managementwithin the telecommunication or ITindustry.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Abilityto develop and maintain strong clientrelationships
  • Demonstratedability to generate leads negotiate and closedeals
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Abilityto work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously
  • Adegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field wouldbe advantageous however relevant experience in lieu of a degreewill also beconsidered.
  • Technicalknowledge of internet connectivity solutions wireless networkingand/or satellite communications would be a distinctadvantage.
  • Experienceworking with remote teams is aplus.
