Andover Mind is one of the leading mental health providers in Hampshire and we are looking for a caring, committed, empathetic, hard working team player to join us and to contribute to making a real difference as part of our teams working across Hampshire.


Andover Mind is working closely with the NHS to meet the needs of our communities around mental health and wellbeing support associated with the Community NHS Transformation Programme. We have teams working with GP surgeries across Hampshire to provide recovery-focussed mental health support. Our staff work closely with NHS staff to provide multidisciplinary support for patients.


As Primary Care Team Lead, you will line manage our Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers in Test Valley and Winchester. The Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers support patients who have mental health needs. As their line manager, you will support them with their caseload, interventions and operational matters. You will be liaising closely with our NHS partners and other external parties to enable us to provide a comprehensive and successful service to the population. Experience working in mental health and in a management responsibility will be ideal.


Hours will be worked in a hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will be expected to travel across Hampshire.


We offer ongoing training and development to all staff and 27 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
