You will lead, manage and effectively deploy staff and resources within the PE department, monitor and evaluate the development of teaching and learning strategies for students, and ensure that staff are provided with relevant information and training relating to the support of their students.
The successful candidate should be an inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivering strong practice and raising standards in PE; they will be a committed and flexible leader who can inspire others to raise aspirations through an ambitious and inclusive curriculum.
