Fleet Compliance Administrator
Based at our Head office in Doncaster, we are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with queries and administrative duties to ensure our clients’ needs are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include handling supplier and department inquiries via phone and email, as well as various administrative tasks like scanning, updating databases, and filing.

Activities & Tasks involved
Assisting with supplier and department queries via phone and email Administrative tasks such as dealing with day to day queries received via both phone and email, scanning, database updates, filing, etc. Liaising with Transport managers where required Inputting data into SYNETIQ systems Supporting the preparation of weekly/monthly KPI reports Monitoring supplier SLAsSkills & Experience Required
Experience working in a transport office(Desirable) IT literate Able to build an excellent rapport with our suppliers Able to work off own initiative at times Can work as part of a team Be able to manage and prioritize workloadsWhat we offer:
