We are seeking adedicated Area Manager to oversee operations for two esteemedclients across the Cambridgearea. As an Area Manager your primaryfocus will be on enhancing customer experience exceeding clientexpectations efficiently managing the region and ensuring thesmooth execution of Grounds Maintenancecontracts.

What you willachieve:

  • Conductingsite audits to ensure compliance with standards andprocedures.
  • Establishing and nurturing strongrelationships with clients through regular communication andmeetings.
  • Leading KPI meetings to trackperformance and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Providing quotes for additionalGrounds Maintenance and Tree works and ensuring timelydelivery.
  • Conducting quality surveys tomaintain service excellence.
  • Holding monthlymeetings to review progress and discuss strategies forenhancement.
  • Building and fostering a positiveteam culture among staffmembers.
