On Behalf of our Global Consulting partner, Focus on SAP is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Payroll Consultant to join our client's dynamic team and add valuable skills to their project.
As an Oracle Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert guidance on best practices, and deliver solutions that meet their payroll processing needs efficiently and accurately.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processing.
  • Design and configure Oracle Payroll modules to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Lead implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of Oracle Payroll updates, patches, and new releases to ensure clients are leveraging the latest features and functionalities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Payroll, offering guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluent English communications.
  • No sponsorship will be provided (UK rights to work only)
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Payroll solutions in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Payroll modules, including but not limited to payroll processing, deductions, benefits, and tax reporting.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle Payroll certification is a plus.
