Overview

We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join our growing team. This role will support iCoTech to ensure that our financial processes are completed, and the business operates smoothly. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be supported by a number of external consultants and advisors to iCoTech.

This role is a varied role, but with primary focus on Management Accounting and Financial Administration of iCoTech.

Key Financial Management Activities:

- To ensure the day to day running of the company finances, raising invoices and working with customers to confirm payment details,
- Build a strong financial control framework that exists for the purchasing of items and equipment,
- Prepare and present monthly board pack, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statements,
- Complete bookkeeping activities including bank reconciliations, transaction reviews,

As a Finance Administrator you will have/be:

- Strong technical accounting knowledge as a Finance Administrator ideally.
- In the process of obtaining / have a suitable accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- The ability to plan and manage the workload of the team, but also as an individual.
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors within financial models.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to model opportunities and complex forecasts,
- Process driven, with a governance mindset.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience of utilizing Xero.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, credit notes and expenses.
- Complete the month end process.
- Deal with company expenses and payroll services.
- Complete monthly financial reports and forecast models.
