Are you an experienced Technical Leader with a knack for steering diverse teams towards success? We're on the lookout for a Senior Technical Manager to spearhead our regional technical delivery team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin of our technical processes, providing guidance, support, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your leadership prowess will shine as you rally your team, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of our technical endeavours.
With a wealth of experience under your belt, you'll effortlessly navigate the intricacies of leading sizable and diverse teams. Your ability to produce and manage multiple design programs will be second nature, allowing you to optimize both your time and that of your team effectively.
As a project deliverer, you'll bring a track record of success in executing multiple projects in a technical capacity. Your expertise in implementing change and driving business improvement will be invaluable as we strive for excellence.
Having worked at a regional level for a contractor, developer, or house builder, you understand the nuances of the industry inside out. Your degree-level qualification in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields will serve as a testament to your expertise. Alternatively, industry specific HND/HNC qualifications coupled with substantial experience in a technical manager role will also be considered.
A trained and experienced Temporary Works Coordinator or the willingness to acquire this qualification, is crucial for this role. Your breadth and depth of knowledge in new build residential development and building techniques, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will ensure our projects meet the highest standards.
Flexibility is key, as you'll need to possess a full UK driving license and be willing to travel – For which, we will provide you with a company car or cash allowance alternative. Whether it's forging strong working relationships or tackling complex problems head-on, you thrive in dynamic environments where your problem-solving skills are put to the test.
