Senior Traffic Engineer

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will be supporting the Traffic Signal maintenance contracts within our Asset Management division. The role is to carry out maintenance of traffic signals and associated equipment. Additional duties may include configuration and commissioning of traffic signal equipment.
What you'll do:
Attend reactive faults as required by the contractCarry out testing of signal equipmentInstall cables and jointsWire cables at top caps and controllers to an agreed specificationCarry out on site risk assessments and follow method statementsAttend Team brief / Toolbox talks as requiredEnsure test equipment, PPE and Vehicle are all compliant with up-to-date certification as required.
Who you are:
You will have previous experience in a similar role ideally with a background in Traffic Signals, however we would also consider candidates with an electronics/electrical background.
Key requirements:
Fully accredited sector 8Full Driving LicenceStrong communication skills alongside a customer focused attitude are essential.
