The Site Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of an automotive facility, ensuring that the site is in optimal condition.

The Site Coordinator will perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various internal and external areas of facility.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.

- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work environment, including floors, walls, common areas and all external areas.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety inspections.

- Respond promptly to any safety hazards and take corrective action as needed.

Inventory Management

- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and consumables.

- Order and restock supplies as necessary to maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications

- Vocational training or certification in maintenance, facility maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Experience

- Previous experience in facility maintenance, preferably in an automotive environment is preferred.

Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with hand and power tools.

- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements

- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job.

Work Environment

- Personal protective equipment will be supplied and must be utilised at all times. .
