Our client based in Rugby is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis. 

 

Duties:

Support with handling Export & Import administration.

Working within Pre and Post Brexit, with Freight, Shipping & road haulage. 

support the purchasing team with processing orders.

support the ledger team in creating and processing invoices.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and external customers, suppliers, and partners.

 

Requirements: 

Working within Pre and Post Brexit, inclusing shipping, freight & road haulage. 

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal. 

Literate with micorsoft office ( word, excel).

Proven experience in Export & Import administration, Purchasing Administration, and Purchase Ledger Accounts.

the ability to work self sifficently & as well as within a team. 

A positive can-dp attitude.
