What we are looking for...
1-2 years' experience in a busy commercial reception desk This role involves shift work which will include mornings, evenings, weekends First point of contact for our guests Checking guest in and out, processing payments Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer Maximising revenue through upselling and room sales Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Opera is desirable

Richmond Harbour Hotel and Spa , is Richmond’s only spa hotel, with world-class facilities, is a tranquil oasis to escape to.
