We are seeking a dedicated Regional Soft Services Manager to join our team at GFSL

We are a Ministry of Justice business who provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Regional Soft Services Manager with any combination of: 

TFM Industry Experience -Essential 

Demonstrable Leadership Skills - Essential 

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise task management - Essential 

Ability to organise, manage and direct diverse teams - Essential 

Practical application of safe working practices - Essential 

Excellent communication skills – verbal and nonverbal - Essential 

Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills - Essential
