About The Role

BrewDog are looking for an experienced L&D professional based at our brewery in Ellon. Reporting to the Global People Director you will partner with our people to help them be the very best they can be. We have big ambitions and encourage people who thrive on challenges, have oodles of creativity and lots of energy to read on... Main Duties Collation and planning of learning needs across BrewDog. Development of a suite of tools, learning material and interventions to enhance and develop line manager capability throughout the organisation. Creation and delivery of leadership and management programmes e.g., new to management, mentoring, coaching and feedback. Scheduling and running of internal and external workshops. Communication and promotion of workshops and upcoming events. Promote and champion the use of the online learning offering that supports self-development and personal development plans for all Crew. Utilise a full suite of blended learning materials, support the design and implementation of on-going programmes, events and interventions to support career conversations and career development for both colleagues and line managers. Support the delivery and curation of various early talent programmes including, apprenticeships, graduates and work experience. Research external providers thoroughly to ensure that suppliers and providers are right for us. Continually research the external environment, ensuring that our solutions are industry leading and strive to constantly develop our approach and offering. Role model continuing professional development.

About You
