**About The Role**:
This role sits in the HQ team reporting to the CEO and works in close conjunction with the wider Commercial and Brand Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:

- Creating, managing, and executing our International Sales Strategy for the brewery and distilling to exceed agreed KPIs
- Shaping & delivery of international brand plans by working collaboratively with our Brand Marketing team and our local distribution partners
- Leading and developing our high performing international sales team
- Distributor evaluation and management to ensure market opportunities are maximised and our unique brand is brought to life locally in a way consistent with our core brand principles
- Focus to our priority, high growth EU markets through hands-on involvement with distributors & retailers
- Full P&L management to exceed agreed sales & profit objectives
- Raising brand awareness in key markets by working collaboratively with our partners to grow physical distribution and brand visibility through effective marketing plans
- Working collaboratively across key Brewdog teams to lead the international sales agenda and ensure all departments are aligned in supporting your sales strategy

**About You**:

- World class communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- 5 years plus experience in off-trade/export sales & distributor management
- Experience with major off-trade retailers across Europe/world
- Hands on knowledge of European markets and ability to communicate in more than one language would be extremely preferable
- Ability to lead a high performing team and develop their capabilities
- Willingness to lead from the front and have a hands-on approach
- Results driven with a keen eye for impactful design
