We are looking for a highly skilled Programmer - Resources to oversee the efficient planning and programming of resources, including workforce, vehicles, plant, and materials, across multiple contracts. This role will also include reviewing performance against plans to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Projects or Primavera P6 is essential.

What We expect of you:

You will bring expertise in developing and managing resource programs using Microsoft Projects or Primavera P6 software. You will excel in planning and allocating workforce, vehicles, plant, and materials to meet project deadlines and requirements while proactively monitoring progress and adjusting resource plans to adapt to shifting priorities.

Collaboration will be key as you work closely with project managers, site teams, and procurement to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization. You'll review actual performance against resource plans to identify variances, address inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Your ability to implement insights from project reviews into future planning will drive operational efficiencies. You will provide timely updates to stakeholders on resource allocation, performance, and potential risks, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.

You will thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Your communication and stakeholder management skills will support collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with project goals. Knowledge of the utilities or telecoms sectors and experience in a multi-contract environment will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
