We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead our clients Program Management Office. This role can be based in South Lancashire or Lausanne, offering a hybrid work environment. With a focus on strategic program delivery, you will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sales to drive innovation and ensure excellence.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the Program Management Office, ensuring alignment with company strategy.  
  • Oversee the execution of product and technology roadmaps with cross-functional teams.  
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.  
  • Define and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.  
  • Drive accountability and efficiency across teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.  
What You Bring
  • Must have extensive experience in the semiconductor or related deep-tech industries, with 5+ years in leadership roles.  
  • Deep understanding of system design, analog/mixed-signal, digital, and verification methodologies.  
  • Proven track record in program management, including customer and stakeholder engagement.  
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor development and production, especially in SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications.  
  • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  
Location: This role offers flexibility, with offices, however it will require an onsite presence three days a week.
