Role Summary
Are you interested in developing your skills as part of our busy Dietetic team? An opportunity has arisen to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for 2 Dietitians to join our friendly team, one full time (Monday to Friday) and another two days a week (Monday and Tuesday) as part of a job share.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Dietitians to join our team of 4 Rotational Dietitians within the Acute and Community services here at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Eastern).

You will share a caseload which includes both inpatient and outpatient work. Each rotation is focused around General Medicine, Surgery and Community Care. Each rotation covers a wide range of specialities some of which including Stroke, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Oncology, Cardiology, Endocrinology and elderly care.
The community rotation includes travelling to community hospitals and GP practices within the local area.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to audit projects, train other Healthcare professionals including medical students, develop patient resources and positively promote Nutrition and Dietetics throughout the local Healthcare Community. You will be involved in the training and supervision of student Dietitians from the University of Plymouth completing A, B, and C placements.
These posts are suitable for either newly qualified Dietitians or for someone wishing to gain further varied experience. We will support you in developing your skills in a number of ways, including shadowing and training opportunities.
Working Pattern: Position 1 - Monday to Friday, Position 2 - Monday and Tuesday (job share)
