JobOverview:

We are seeking anexperienced and confident Contract ComplianceManager to join our dynamic team at Nourish aleading software provider for the care sector. The ideal candidatewill take ownership of our contract compliance process working incollaboration with key stakeholders to ensure commercialcontractual terms are adhered to within customer contracts.

Working as part of the Operations team withinthe Legal and Compliance team and reporting into the Head of Legaland Compliance this role will work collaboratively with multipleteams across different areas of the business. It is essential thatthis person is a confident communicator (both internally andexternally) highly organised and has the ability to work with largevolumes of data. They will also have strong alignment with themission of the organisation and able to balance commercial goalsand objectives with customer sentiment and the organisationalvalues and beliefs.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Contract Compliance & UpliftIdentification: Oversee compliance with existingcontract terms and conditions ensuring customers adhere to theircontractual commitments. Identify and secure potential uplifts andadditional revenue opportunities tied to contract terms both uponrenewal and at annual anniversaries.
  • Renewals Support: Supportthe account management team by providing guidance on renewalsprocesses and collaborating on compliance aspects to maximiserenewal rates and revenue retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closelywith internal teams including account management finance legal andsales to ensure contractual compliance facilitate smooth renewalprocesses and align on any compliancerelated customerrequirements.
  • ComplianceReporting & Analysis: Track and report oncompliance metrics contract performance and uplift opportunities.Provide insights and data to leadership highlighting areas forimprovement and operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization forCompliance: Continuously improve the contractcompliance and renewal support processes to enhance efficiencyensure consistency and elevate the overall customer experienceparticularly regarding contractual obligations.
  • Renewals Strategy Support:Partner with the account management team to develop aforwardlooking strategy for renewals incorporating insights fromcompliance metrics and incorporating upsell opportunities based oncustomer needs and contractpotential.

Key Skills& Experience:

  • Contractual Expertise:Strong understanding of contract structures compliance requirementsand a proven ability to enforce contractual obligations andidentify potential uplifts.
  • Analytical Mindset:Proficient in using data and metrics to drive compliance andrenewal decisions with experience analysing contract compliancetrends and revenue impact.
  • Communication & StakeholderManagement: Excellent communication skills forengaging with both external clients and internal teams providingupdates on compliance status and renewal opportunities and ensuringclear communication of contract terms and obligations.
  • Process Management:Experience in optimising processes especially those related tocontract compliance and renewals and a proactive approach toimproving operational efficiency.
  • CRM & Contract ToolsProficiency: Experience with CRM and contractmanagement systems (e.g. HubSpot DealHub Chargebee) with a strongcapability to leverage these tools for compliance tracking andrenewal insights.
  • SaaS IndustryKnowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business operationssoftware licensing models and contract management within ahighgrowth softwareenvironment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years in acontract compliance renewals management or related operations rolewithin the software/SaaSindustry.

This position requires acompliancefocused professional who can strategically supportrenewals by ensuring adherence to contractual terms and workingcollaboratively with account management / customer success to driveretention and revenuegrowth.
