YourRole:

You will play a crucial rolein the sales team and be tasked with managing your list of targetclients. You will introduce them to our products guide them throughan exemplary sales process and ensure a seamless transition to ourcustomer success team. This team will provide comprehensivetraining on each product to maximise their use. Your primary goalis to bring new recruitment agency brands on board and foster ahighperformance culture.

What YoullDo:

  • Prospect and engagewith the recruitment industry to highlight the advantages of ourSaaS solutions.
  • Establish and nurturerelationships with key decisionmakers to identify their needs andpresent our products as the optimalsolution.
  • Apply proven sales methodologies toprogress through the sales cycle from lead generation to closingdeals.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing andcustomer success teams to guarantee smooth onboardingimplementation and continuoussatisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the features andbenefits of our solutions effectively during presentations andproduct demos.
  • Stay informed on industry trendscompetitor activities and market conditions to position ourproducts advantageously.
  • Develop yourprofessional network through partnerships to broaden market reachand uncover new businessopportunities.
  • Achieved and surpassed salestargets providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the SalesDirector.

Who YouAre:

  • At least two yearsof experience in the recruitment industry or softwaresales.
  • A successful history in B2B salesideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Insight intothe recruitment industrys challenges trends and bestpractices.
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills capable of building solidrelationships.
  • A resultsdriven approachconsistently meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Selfmotivated and resilientflourishing in a fastpaced growthfocusedenvironment.
  • Skilled in presentation andnegotiation adept at articulating our solutions valueproposition.
  • Able to manage multiple projectssimultaneously prioritising effectively in a dynamicsetting.
  • Technologically adept detailorientedand organised in time management andplanning.
  • Proactive in seeking ways to improveefficiency andoutcomes.
