We’re looking for a Regional Social Media Manager that will embedded within the client’s in-house regional marketing team. You’ll be their go-to social media expert, advising them about all things social and yet still will be a part of our ever-growing social team here at Greenpark Asia.

Yes, that means you’ll still be invited to be part of our agency activities such as our monthly lunch & learn sessions, digital #GPsocial lunch sessions every Wednesday, trainings, townhalls, mentorship programme, ‘Fit O-Clock’ fitness programmes, digital parties and MORE 

What The Job Covers

Play a leading role in the ongoing social media strategy development of the brand.  Spearhead regular catch ups within your internal project social teams to share knowledge, ideas and ensuring that we maintain a cohesive social media strategy across markets for the brand. Ensure local social teams to manage social media projects to the highest standard, taking responsibly for the growth of the brand’s social media channels.  Stay on top of industry trends, emerging social media channels, competitor activities and latest technologies to identify opportunities to improve and refine strategy for brands. Drive an audience-first approach planning of regional monthly content calendar and develop highly engaging themes, campaigns or content angles. Ensure that the creative ideas ladders back to social strategy and objectives. Work closely with creative team to produce monthly regional content toolkits, including social copywriting. Plan & oversee the local implementation of social and content strategies for APAC to ensure it is aligned with client’s marketing and business objectives, reflect brand tone and voice in a local context in markets in APAC. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify social opportunities and provide compelling recommendations to support their goals. Work closely with cross functional teams to bring original, highly creative and engaging content ideas to life. Oversee local social media performance reports that help them raise the bar on performance, help clients to better understand how their social media efforts are performing and recommend how to move forward to improve month by month. Supports brand for any other social media activities whenever necessary. 

Who We Are Looking For

5-6 years of social media, community management, influencer engagement or related position. Proven track record of working on APAC / regional social media projects and brands. Prior experience in client facing roles for social media strategy, content planning and copywriting projects in a social media or creative agency. Excellent command of English – both written and spoken Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience at a marketing role either in an agency or on the brand side Experience or exposure in Pharmaceutical/Health/Dental brands clients is not a must but might be an advantage.  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
